We are seeking an **Operations Analyst** to work in Joinville/SC. **Responsibilities and duties:** Analyze and develop information that contributes to providing data and insights supporting managerial decision-making. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. Conduct profitability studies and economic analysis of hotel projects. Prepare and monitor management reports. Provide support to the Director/Managers of Operations and to hotels. Develop investor presentations. Analyze financial closing reports. Support the development of the annual budget. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience in financial and budgetary analysis, as well as economic-financial feasibility studies. Knowledge of accounting and finance principles. Strong analytical skills and critical thinking for interpreting complex data and information. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences. Organizational skills, proactivity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. Advanced Excel proficiency. **Preferred qualifications:** Familiarity with SAP and BI tools. **Additional information:** Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM.
