





**Detailed Description** **Project and Construction Planning**: 1.1. Develop and keep project physical-financial schedules up to date; 1.2. Integrate planning with budgeting, procurement, and execution departments; 1.3. Conduct strategic planning of contractual milestones and critical stages; 1.4. Use specific tools such as MS Project and advanced Excel. **Schedule, Resource, and Productivity Management**: 2.1. Perform periodic monitoring of construction progress; 2.2. Control planned versus actual timelines, human and material resources; 2.3. Monitor team productivity and propose adjustments when necessary; 2.4. Identify risks and timely propose contingency plans. **Deviation Analysis and Reporting**: 3.1. Monitor and analyze schedule, cost, and scope deviations; 3.2. Generate technical and managerial reports with performance indicators; 3.3. Develop monitoring dashboards and present results to leadership; 3.4. Support managers in prioritizing corrective actions and operational adjustments. **Continuous Improvement and Strategic Support**: 4.1. Develop improvements in Engineering department processes; 4.2. Contribute to the standardization of routines and planning methodologies; 4.3. Support other technical areas when assigned by leadership. **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (mandatory); - Advanced knowledge of Prevision, Sienge, and Excel; - Previous experience in construction planning; - Postgraduate degree in Project Management or Planning (desirable); - Availability for occasional travel and site visits.
