




Job Title: Pending Task Coordinator Main Responsibilities:* Monitor, track, and resolve administrative pending tasks related to company processes. * Organize and control documentation associated with pending tasks, ensuring information integrity and availability. * Conduct systematic analysis of pending tasks, identifying root causes, prioritizing issues, and proposing solutions. * Keep the work team informed about the progress and status of pending tasks. * Develop and implement procedures and workflows for efficient pending task management. * Proactively prevent and resolve issues related to pending tasks. * Prepare managerial reports on the status of pending tasks, presenting indicators and improvement suggestions. Required Qualifications:* Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience of 2 to 4 years in coordination, supervision, or administrative process management roles. * Solid knowledge of document and information organization, control, and management techniques. * Analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with capacity for interaction and teamwork. * Familiarity with management systems and activity control and monitoring tools. * Attention to detail, proactivity, and commitment to meeting deadlines. Preferred Qualifications:* Prior experience in medium- or large-scale corporate environments. * Proficiency in information technology tools, such as electronic spreadsheets and management systems. Additional Information:* Employment Type: Business hours, Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:12 to 18:00.
