Supplier Performance Management and Action Plans An automotive-sector company is seeking a Quality Analyst in Joinville (Guanabara). **Responsibilities:** Manage the Quality Management System (QMS). Conduct internal audits based on IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards. Monitor internal and customer performance indicators. Perform supplier audits and manage supplier performance. Develop and track action plans (8D/MASP). Develop and validate new suppliers. Comply with specific requirements of OEMs (GM, VW, Renault, Fiat). Engage in customer negotiations and nonconformance resolution. Previous experience as a Quality Control Specialist, Quality Auditor, Quality Coordinator, or Quality Engineer may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
