Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling and resolving logistical discrepancies, monitoring performance indicators, and supporting the implementation of improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Resolve logistical discrepancies and ensure operational smoothness 2. Monitor logistical performance indicators and prepare reports 3. Support the implementation of improvements in transportation processes **Responsibilities:** * Handle and resolve logistical discrepancies, including delivery delays, damages, incorrect or swapped deliveries. * Interface with carriers and internal departments to resolve incidents. * Monitor and track logistical performance indicators (OTIF, OTD, logistical costs, etc). * Prepare managerial reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Support the implementation of improvements in transportation and distribution processes. * Ensure timely updates and control of information in internal systems (ERP/TMS). **Requirements:** * Experience in the role * Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas) * Familiarity with logistical indicators and transportation processes. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance at company cafeteria: R$1.92 per day * Opportunity to purchase our products at cost price (after probation period, with possible payroll discount) * Transportation voucher (with 6% employee contribution) * Workplace gymnastics * Coffee with cuca every Friday (in case of target achievement, cake with appetizers) * 15-minute coffee break daily **After 3 months:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Pharmacy network agreement * Medication allowance **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00 Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
