Opportunity to work in global logistics **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PCDs).** Responsible for operational processes in product dispatch, keeping the customer constantly updated on planning progress, ensuring compliance with deadlines and requirements in all processes. Adheres to safety and quality standards and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, Management Processes, or related fields; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel; * Knowledge of operational KPIs and data analysis; * Experience with administrative and operational routines; * Analytical ability and organizational skills; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in teams and meet deadlines; * Basic knowledge of operational planning and demand control; * ERP/WMS system knowledge is desirable; * Proactive, dynamic profile with focus on continuous improvement; * Availability to work in an operational/logistics environment; * Prior experience in planning, logistics, or operations is desirable. **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Conduct daily accountability tracking; * Monitor operational KPIs and support performance analysis of the area; * Assist in planning operational demands according to customer volumes and priorities; * Monitor compliance with operational SLAs, reporting deviations to leadership; * Perform and oversee cyclic counts and full inventories; * Control and resolve discrepancies related to receipts, inventory, and system movements; * Track physical and system-related movements associated with QA; * Develop and update operational controls, reports, and KPIs in systems and Excel; * Monitor sectoral operational equipment to ensure availability and control; * Provide support to operational processes whenever required; * Support implementation of continuous improvements and productivity initiatives within the area; * Ensure organization, cleanliness, and application of the 5S program in the area; * Participate in analysis and resolution of operational and inventory discrepancies; * Comply with quality, inventory, and HSE procedures; * Interface with operational departments for alignment and daily demand tracking. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
