




LIVE! is seeking a dynamic and committed professional to take on the position of Store Supply Analyst within our company. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Sales Management, or related fields; Knowledge in inventory management, indicator analysis, merchandise replenishment processes, and use of management systems (Systextil); Ability to analyze sales and identify improvement opportunities; Good communication and teamwork skills. Analytical skills, Critical Thinking, Proactivity, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Prioritization, and collaboration; Availability to work in Jaraguá do Sul \- SC Responsibilities: Develop the assortment plan for stores under your responsibility, based on consumer profile, brand commercial strategy, and previously approved recommendation guidelines from management; Create and maintain the collection supply plan, considering volumes, calendars, and commercial assumptions; Align planning with the sales team (supervisors, managers, and franchisees) through in-person or online meetings; For new store openings under your responsibility, coordinate with the expansion and sales teams all assumptions regarding target audience profile, present them to management for approval of the pilot store that will be used to subsequently build the assortment proposal and purchase volumes, then present this to the sales team, franchisee, or licensee for validation; For new franchisees, conduct onboarding presentations providing information about the supply area processes; Monitor product performance in stores under your responsibility by analyzing indicators such as sales evolution in value and units, average price, and category share compared to LY and planned sales, as well as inventory indicators like turnover and coverage, identifying opportunities or excess inventory, and creating action plans such as replenishment, assortment adjustments, transfers, etc., always focused on meeting or exceeding sales targets; Align store performance and action plans with the sales team (supervisors, managers, and franchisees) through in-person or online meetings; Monitor not only individual stores but also the entire network under your responsibility, performing the same types of analyses mentioned above, while ensuring inventory balance across the sub-network under your responsibility; Place supply orders in the system and monitor invoicing and systematic delivery of goods; Develop reports and managerial analyses on store sales performance and KPI trend comparisons; Prepare additional stock reinforcement for stores when an event expected to increase demand is forecasted.
