Job Summary: The ABecker Group seeks a professional to analyze procurement needs, prepare budgets, monitor purchases, and manage contracts—optimizing costs and ensuring timely delivery. We are committed to valuing our employees and investing in their career development, fostering a high-quality work environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze procurement needs for materials and services, preparing purchase budgets, planning, and monitoring acquisitions; * Prepare procurement reports and expense control reports to track and optimize departmental costs; * Ensure on-time delivery and compliance with agreed terms (price, quality, and specifications); * Manage supply contracts, monitoring validity periods, renewals, and commercial terms; * Monitor the receipt, verification, and filing of fiscal documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.); * Maintain and update the supplier database, including commercial and contractual information; * Monitor supplier performance, evaluating quality and adherence to delivery schedules; * Control purchase payment flows and ensure alignment with approved budgets; * Collaborate with teams from other departments to ensure smooth process execution. **Essential Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement processes and supplier negotiations; * Familiarity with procurement management and control tools (e.g., ERPs); * Strong negotiation and assertive communication skills; * Knowledge of inventory control and budget management. **Desirable Requirements:** * Experience in civil construction, particularly in subdivision infrastructure. **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Location:** Villa Dona Francisca Subdivision / Palmeira Road - Três Barras, Garuva - SC, 89248-000 For questions, contact us via WhatsApp: (47) 99262-7253 Job Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal voucher Work Location: On-site
