Issue purchase orders and track deliveries. Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Develop and qualify new suppliers. Analyze contracts and commercial proposals. Monitor performance indicators (delivery time, cost, quality). Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments. Pursue cost reduction and improvements in procurement processes. Previous experience as a Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Specialist, Procurement Coordinator, or Procurement Agent may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
