




Job Summary: Suljett do Brasil seeks a Logistics professional to plan, control, and optimize logistics operations, manage inventory, and drive continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Plan, control, and monitor logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, transportation, and distribution) * Manage logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, service level, costs, lead time, inventory turnover) * Control and optimize inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability * Monitor contracts and performance of carriers and suppliers * Support demand and supply planning * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes * Interface with internal departments (purchasing, production, sales, and finance) * Inventory Management: Conduct in-depth analyses of inventory turnover, coverage, and stock levels to ensure product availability without excesses. * Data Intelligence: Develop and present managerial reports and KPIs (performance indicators) to support management decision-making. * Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement projects to enhance inventory control, aiming for physical and system accuracy. * Cost Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and develop alternatives to reduce costs related to warehousing, material handling, and transportation. * Collaborate with Purchasing and Production departments to align the supply flow. * Develop and improve logistics department work instructions, as well as assist in team training. Requirements: * Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields—or currently pursuing one * Experience in logistics * Knowledge of inventory and transportation control * Intermediate Excel proficiency required * Experience in inventory management Expected Technical Skills: * Inventory and stocktaking management * Logistics KPIs * Transportation and distribution * ERP systems and Excel * Process mapping and improvement Differentiators: * Experience in industrial environments * Experience in demand planning * Knowledge of BI or data analysis Soft Skills: * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Good communication and teamwork skills * Proactivity and focus on continuous improvement * Organization and prioritization skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.500,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Education allowance * Food voucher * Meal voucher
