Main Responsibilities: * Plan, control, and monitor logistics operations (receiving, warehousing, transportation, and distribution) * Manage logistics KPIs (On-Time In-Full, service level, costs, lead time, inventory turnover) * Control and optimize inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability * Monitor contracts and performance of carriers and suppliers * Support demand and supply planning * Drive continuous improvement of logistics processes * Interface with internal departments (purchasing, production, sales, and finance) * Inventory Management: Conduct in-depth analyses of inventory turnover, coverage, and stock levels to ensure product availability without excesses. * Data Intelligence: Develop and present managerial reports and KPIs (performance indicators) to support management decision-making. * Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement projects to enhance inventory control, aiming for physical and system accuracy. * Cost Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and develop alternatives to reduce costs related to warehousing, material handling, and transportation. * Collaborate with Purchasing and Production departments to align the supply flow. * Develop and improve logistics department work instructions, as well as assist in team training.
