**Monday to Friday: from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes break)** **Location: Bairro Bucaren, Joinville/SC** **Responsibilities and duties:** Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of technical materials related to the physical security area, such as cameras, monitoring equipment, alarm systems, and general accessories. Procure uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standardization; Monitor delivery deadlines, track purchase orders, and ensure the quality of acquired products and services; Maintain an updated supplier database, continuously seeking new partnerships and improved commercial terms; Support inventory control and material replenishment according to operational demands; Issue and monitor purchase orders, ensuring compliance with internal processes and company policies; Support the finance department with information and documentation for payments and invoice verification. **Requirements and qualifications:** Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields; Basic or intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office suite and ERP system); Prior experience in purchasing and negotiation; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational ability and professional demeanor. **Benefits:** Meal allowance Transportation allowance Attendance bonus: 7% Life insurance Dental plan Gym allowance SESC membership University partnership agreements Salary: R$2\.275,01 \- R$2\.944,38 per month Workplace: On-site
