Description: Required Qualifications: * Complete elementary education; * Class D driver's license (CNH D); * Experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably trucks and/or internal training. \#SejaUrla The mission of this role is to transport the company's products to customers within the same municipality or on trips, checking the goods upon receiving the vehicle and at delivery to the customer, managing order-related situations with the responsible party, and ensuring vehicle maintenance. Additionally: * Deliver sold products; * Verify delivery route and documentation according to internal processes and procedures; * Check cargo using the loading map, identifying possible loading errors; * Request corrections from the shipping department, directing the fleet for load adjustment; * Complete vehicle checklists, deliver vehicle release documentation at the gate, and drive the vehicle to perform deliveries in compliance with traffic regulations; * Assist in unloading goods at the customer site, verifying delivery and providing the customer with the invoice and payment slip; * Manage discrepancies regarding products and deliveries to prevent partial or total order returns; * Inform management about delivery status; * Collect and organize containers by characteristics, arrange returned products, and return them to the company; * Make the vehicle available for checklist inspection and report on cargo, recording discrepancies and forwarding them for appropriate resolution; * Perform internal fleet cleaning and maintenance (remove dust, clear residues); * Carry out truck transfers; * Verify vehicle documentation and condition according to transfer process and checklist; * Regularize documentation, vehicle conditions, or replace vehicles as per loading procedures; * Check cargo load verification map and complete checklist; * Regularize vehicle and documentation, verifying the quantity of cargo to be transferred; * Return with cargo to the distribution center, making the vehicle available for inspection and forwarding cargo adjustment documentation to the Finance and Shipping departments. OTHER ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Attend meetings within your area and the company; * Participate in projects when requested; * Assist in preparing reports for the area/department; * Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and method improvements to enhance quality and reduce area/department costs; * Participate in task forces when necessary; * Assist in other area activities as directed by superiors; * Conduct technical/operational training or guide less experienced professionals and teams from other areas as needed; * Comply with and contribute to the Integrated Management System policy and the Quality, Food Safety, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety procedures of Uberlândia Refrescos. 251030020221384208
