




Job Summary: We are seeking a Renewables Maintenance Planning Technician I to ensure equipment availability and proper operation through planning and scheduling of activities, resource and deadline management. We are looking for a **Renewables Maintenance Planning Technician I** to contribute to equipment availability, reliability, preservation, and proper operation by planning and scheduling maintenance activities—including resource and deadline sizing, sequencing and prioritization—as well as provisioning supplies and handling information in registration records and reports. **If you value organization, manage your time effectively, and identify with the technical field, this is the place for you.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Verify received Work Orders, checking resource existence and availability. * Develop schedules for departments, containing the full maintenance plan, positioning them according to deadlines and adjusting them based on team availability. * Collaborate to ensure maintenance processes occur within expected quality and productivity standards, assisting in controlling the number of Work Orders and proposing reallocation of resources to optimize activity durations. * Perform daily maintenance control to assess achieved production levels and enable resource control. * Monitor all maintenance activities, receiving demand information to ensure more accurate activity completion estimates. * Prepare and submit various reports to stakeholders to support them with maintenance-related information and indicators. * Manage the Plant's technical documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical education in Mechanics, Electrotechnics, Electromechanics, Electronics and/or Planning, with an active CFT. * Health and safety standards and applicable regulations — Intermediate. * Human performance program — Basic. * Integrated management system — Basic. * Computer skills: word processor, spreadsheet, presentation software, internet, email — Intermediate. * English — Basic. * Operation, maintenance, and technical documentation management tools and software — Basic. * Procedures, processes, plans, methods, and techniques of operation; operational maneuvers; material specification and procurement — Basic. * Reading and interpretation of equipment technical manuals — Basic. * Technical knowledge of Plant equipment and systems — Basic. * Driver’s license, Category B. * Availability for local travel. **Additional Information** **For you and your dependents.** * Medical and dental plan. **Exclusively for you.** * Meal Allowance and/or Food Voucher; * Transportation Allowance; * Private pension plan; * Group life insurance; * Gym / Quality-of-life programs; * Language program; * Variable compensation program. **ENGIE** has been present in Brazil for over 20 years, leading electricity generation in the country and offering innovative services and solutions to its customers.
