Description: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Production Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields; * Familiarity with Excel, Power BI, Python, Power Apps, Power Automate, and other automation tools; * Preferred: Knowledge of Human Resources/Personnel Administration routines; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and curiosity to learn and understand the underlying reasons; * Motivation to grow and develop within a dynamic and collaborative environment. * Map and review HR and Personnel Department operational processes; * Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and compliance; * Support workflow automation and system integration (e.g., RM, Fluig, spreadsheets, and internal tools); * Create and maintain process documentation, manuals, and work instructions; * Assist in developing and monitoring departmental performance indicators; * Collaborate with different departments (IT, Legal, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth implementation of changes. 2511010202241843766
