Description: * Knowledge of quality and productivity management tools (e.g.: 5S, PDCA, performance indicators). * Receive Production Orders and daily/weekly priorities from the PCP Analyst. * Allocate resources (labor, materials, equipment) across production lines, ensuring each line has the necessary bins and devices; * Monitor the production flow, ensuring deadlines and production targets are met. * Guide Production Operators and Production Checkers on correct labeling, packaging, and verification procedures. * Monitor productivity and quality, conducting feedback meetings and resolving issues on the shop floor. * Manage personnel roster, shifts, and required training. * Interface with the QC (Quality Control) team for release and/or rejection of non-conforming products. * Monitor the Consistency process in Linx, ensuring discrepancies are properly addressed. * Analyze rework rates, material leftovers, and potential bottlenecks, proposing solutions to optimize the process. * Work together with the PCP Analyst to adjust procedures if systemic or operational failures are identified.
