We are looking for a candidate to support operational quality activities, ensuring adherence to defined standards, continuous process improvement, and the best possible customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct call monitoring to assess quality and adherence to established standards * Perform sales audits to identify deviations and improvement opportunities * Manage complaints on Reclame Aqui, ensuring appropriate responses aligned with company guidelines * Handle operational cases, supporting problem resolution and preventing recurrence * Conduct operational studies as required to support decision-making * Prepare follow-up dossiers and indicator controls * Create, analyze, and submit managerial reports based on collected data and analyses * Support and deliver operational training based on analysis and monitoring results. **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Knowledge of Customer Service and Customer Success * Basic Excel proficiency * Strong writing and reading comprehension skills * Time management, effective communication, and problem-solving skills * Data analysis capability * Teamwork orientation and results-driven mindset. **Preferred Qualifications** * Training in Customer Success and Reclame Aqui complaint handling. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
