**Role:** Distribution Assistant **(Temporary)** **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor's degree is considered a plus; * Proficiency in Excel (minimum intermediate level); * Experience or knowledge of SAP; * Experience in route/logistics monitoring; * Analytical mindset, organized, and strong communication skills. * ***Valid Brazilian driver's license category B required.*** **Location**: Coca\-Cola Femsa, located in the Maria Virginia neighborhood, BH/MG. **Compensation:** R$ 3\.261,00 **(**Transportation Allowance and On-site Meal Benefit**)** **Working Hours**: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM \- 1:00 PM to 6:20 PM **(Monday to Saturday)** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Responsible for supporting Distribution Coordinators’ management activities, assisting in communications with drivers and helpers, and managing internal administrative processes. Receive delivery teams upon their return from routes and conduct route analysis and review reasons for product returns; Monitor delivery teams en route via tracking system queries, telephone support, and resolution of delivery-related issues; Perform delivery route analysis and scheduling, and provide related information; Manage outstanding financial matters related to transportation; Analyze and resolve customer complaints regarding deliveries; Report delivery status to Distribution Coordinators; Assist in managing working hours of external teams; Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
