If you are a professional passionate about what you do and eager to build a world of possibilities, we want to connect with you! **Responsibilities and Duties** These will be your challenges as a **Retention Agent**: * Provide telephone or digital customer service via receptive or proactive channels; * Execute plan and benefit package renewals; * Retain customers from the existing base by offering benefits and advantages aligned with available plans and packages; * Foster loyalty among the existing customer base. **Requirements and Qualifications** Do you identify with our challenge? Review the requirements and join us! * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation and persuasive argumentation skills; * Basic computer knowledge (typing, web navigation, and systems usage). **Additional Information** Salary: R$1\.598,76,00 \+ Commission Working Hours: * Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM; * Saturday: 9:40 AM to 4:00 PM.
