**Responsibilities:** * Approve GROUP purchase orders; * Analyze whether the material requested in the order is available in stock to avoid increases GROUP; * Analyze whether the requested quantity matches the average consumption of 1 year GROUP; * Analyze whether the material classification is correct (consumable/Capitalized) GROUP; * Prepare inventory control spreadsheet for GROUP Warehouse; * Register equipment when acquired by GROUP; * Create and update maintenance plans for GROUP's movable and fixed equipment; * Prepare and distribute report of equipment sent for repair by GROUP; * Monitor whether preventive maintenance is being performed according to the maintenance plan GROUP; * Register Maintenance employees in SAP GROUP; * Prepare in Excel a report to track working hours of GROUP Mechanics/Electricians; * Prepare in Excel a report to track working hours of GROUP Operators/Drivers; * Prepare in Excel a report to track preventive and corrective maintenance of GROUP; * Prepare in Excel a report of working hours of components of GROUP's movable equipment; * Prepare in Excel a report of working hours of GROUP's conveyor belts; * Prepare in Excel a report of expenses related to maintenance of GROUP's movable/fixed equipment; * Training/recycling for closing GROUP Maintenance Orders; * Create RC for testing in SAP QAS for new SAP projects; * Monitor opening of maintenance orders in SAP from reports issued by MAPE; * Perform equipment transfers in SAP when transfers occur between units; **Requirements:** * The position requires the incumbent to have completed high school, with technical or higher education desirable; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields desirable; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meals provided at factory; * Meal allowance; * Unimed Health Plan (employee and dependents); * Dental Plan (employee and dependents); * Pharmacy discount program; * Life insurance;
