Job Summary: A professional responsible for providing resources, monitoring execution, and assisting in the planning of boiler-making activities, operating equipment and seeking improvements. Active participation in proposing improvements and solutions **Responsibilities:** * Provide necessary resources for boiler-making activities (tools, consumables, PPEs, etc.). * Monitor time progression of boiler-making activities, ensuring adherence to maintenance planning. * Assist in evaluating boiler-making activities for planning purposes. * Quantify materials required for boiler-making activities. * Suggest process improvements for boiler-making activities. * Execute daily work orders, addressing priorities and pending tasks as defined by management. * Cut parts using torches and/or grinders, adjusting\-them at the assembly area to meet various industrial requirements. * Perform inspections and measurements on ferrous equipment and materials. * Operate truck-mounted crane (munck). * Develop repair parts by performing layout work according to project specifications. * Support welders across various tasks, working collaboratively with them. * Identify recurring issues and present\-them during meetings, aiming to resolve them and propose improvement actions. * Record working hours per department or equipment to enable data generation for maintenance management. **Requirements:** * Driver's License Category D * Technical education in Maintenance; Technical education in Mechanical Engineering and/or Technical education in Assembly * Desired knowledge in trigonometry, part layout, boiler-making and assembly, materials technology, part and load handling, technical drawing interpretation.
