Night Shift: Start activities with a focus on Safety \- Responsible for supporting agile, safe, and organized vehicle loading during the night shift, ensuring productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction \- Building loads on pallets according to customer orders \- Focusing on cleaning, maintenance, and preparing the warehouse for the next day \- Supporting and reorganizing materials \- Collaborating in seeking process improvements by suggesting strategies that enhance productivity, quality, and safety during the night shift. Responsibilities: Organization and Maintenance: Clean, organize, and arrange products and assets according to the defined layout; Maintain company property (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); Product Movement and Handling: Perform product picking and loading according to issued invoices and instructions in the unit’s warehouse management application; Verify quantities during loading, coordinating with the Team Leader or checker to ensure compliance; Report anomalies or discrepancies identified during loading (e.g., damages, missing items, damaged packaging); Verify quantities during loading, coordinating with the Team Leader or checker to ensure compliance; Operate pallet jacks and other operational equipment safely.
