**Maintenance Technician** Work in Network – Structured Cabling: Access Control System; CCTV System; Fire Detection and Alarm System; * Perform technical services for preventive, corrective maintenance and installation; * Be accustomed to learning and exchanging technical knowledge; * Know how to interact with colleagues and customers; * Respond promptly in case of emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocols; * Perform work at heights (with proper training and equipment); * Clean and organize maintenance equipment; * Carry out movement of materials and equipment; * Properly complete service orders; * Report irregularities to the responsible department; * Administer and observe standards and regulations.
