Job Summary: A technical professional responsible for supervising and planning preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities to ensure sustainability and optimal performance of machinery and equipment, with a focus on people management and cost optimization. Description: Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields; * Knowledge of mining equipment; metrology; general mechanics; preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment and subassemblies; * Experience in people management; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * NR33; NR35; NR11\. * Ensure sustainability, preservation, and proper operation of machines, equipment, and facilities based on maintenance and production indicators; supervise and plan preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities during scheduled shutdowns or while equipment is operational; analyze and diagnose failures; implement improvements and adaptations; define spare parts inventory policy and maintain backup equipment to ensure continuous production, always prioritizing quality, safety, and environmental protection. * Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, supporting, supervising, and guiding the entire maintenance team in performing their tasks during scheduled shutdowns or while machinery is operational, to ensure work quality, adherence to deadlines and estimated costs, and identification and elimination of risks to personnel, machinery, facilities, and the environment. * Manage costs by analyzing and evaluating annual budget allocations, requesting investments, and managing the department’s monthly expenses, aiming to optimize mechanical maintenance costs. * Development: seek new products and services in the market applicable to mechanical maintenance; localize components through technical evaluation and cost-benefit analysis, aiming to reduce maintenance costs, extend equipment lifespan, and enhance equipment and machinery reliability for production. 2509180202241539995
