Job Summary:
Lead, guide, and evaluate the department team, distribute tasks, and ensure quality and efficiency of the production process, while supporting inventory management and monitoring storage conditions.

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Lead, supervise, and guide department team activities, evaluating individual and collective performance with emphasis on production process quality;
* Receive tasks and allocate them according to operational needs and available resources, ensuring adherence to the production schedule;
* Participate in coordination team meetings, providing input and ensuring implementation of established decisions and directives;
* Assess the need for overtime in the department based on company requirements;
* Support inventory management of materials and supplies, overseeing departmental activities to ensure continuity and efficiency of the production process;
* Monitor storage conditions for raw materials and bulk products, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards;
* Perform other duties compatible with the position, as directed by the responsible manager.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in or completed a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Familiarity with inventory management systems or SAP is preferred.
**Additional Information:**
**Work Schedule:** 2nd shift (2:10 PM to 10:30 PM, alternating Saturdays) or 3rd shift (10:10 PM to 6:30 AM).
