Carry out hiring, termination, and vacation control for employees of client companies. Serve portfolio clients by resolving inquiries and advising on HR department practices. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation in HR department activities. Support labor and social security inspections and audits. Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records, documents, and registrations. Previous experience as HR Specialist, HR Consultant, HR Coordinator, or HR Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
