Assist in opening and maintaining accounts, updating registration information, and formalizing financial transactions. Support proposals for products and services by conducting inquiries and verifying documents. Encourage the use of digital channels, guiding cooperative members in the secure use of tools. Support debt regularization and renegotiations in accordance with internal policies. Work collaboratively with the agency team, contributing to achieving commercial targets and customer satisfaction. Identify and report atypical financial transactions according to internal and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** Minimum education: Completed high school. Preferred: Ongoing higher education in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Previous experience in customer service or finance is desirable. Desired knowledge: * Customer service and sales techniques. * Financial products and services * Regulations in the financial and cooperative sectors. * Basic understanding of BACEN regulations. * Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
