Description: * Work in the Member Relationship Unit, providing remote assistance to cooperative members in a consultative and humanized manner; * Responsible for identifying needs, guiding on financial products and services, offering suitable solutions, and conducting online sales through Sicoob Credimepi's digital channels; * Monitor business opportunities, encourage the use of digital channels, provide support on operational demands, and contribute to member loyalty and satisfaction; * Maintain a collaborative attitude, focus on results, and alignment with cooperative values and purpose.
