




Job Summary: Process Technician responsible for supervising and optimizing crushing, screening, and magnetic separation operations, as well as managing the physicochemical laboratory. Identification of deviations and proposal of corrective actions Process Technician – Supervise crushers and screens to ensure proper particle size distribution and process efficiency. • Monitor magnetic separators, adjusting parameters to optimize iron grade and recovery. • Monitor operational variables (flow rate, density, particle size distribution) via control systems and field inspections. • Collect or ensure sampling for particle size and chemical analyses. * Identify deviations, failures, and yield losses, proposing corrective actions. • Manage the physicochemical laboratory. • Comply with and ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations. Technical course in mining, metallurgy, or chemistry. * Experience in crushing, screening, magnetic separation, and laboratory operations. • Knowledge of automated systems, Microsoft Office suite, data analysis, and KPIs. • Ability to interpret reports and flow diagrams. • Driver's license category B. * Bachelor's degree in related fields is desirable.
