Job Summary: Professional to work across feasibility, conceptual, basic, and detailed design phases, with emphasis on constructability, clash detection, and accuracy of quantity take-offs. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on constructability and accuracy of quantity take-offs 2. Production and validation of drawings and models 3. Development of BIM models and integration with disciplines * Phases **FEL0–FEL3** (feasibility, conceptual, basic, detailed design), focusing on **constructability**, **clashes**, and accuracy of **quantity take-offs**. * Production/validation of **drawings and models**; development of **clash maps**, coordination, and support for **Gates**/**Design Reviews**. * **BIM model development** (LOD, libraries, standardization, clash detection, 4D/5D, QTO), integration with disciplines, and support for **RIPLAs** and implementation sequencing.
