Vila Galé Salvador Hotel seeks to hire a Bellhop for its team. Address guests’ questions regarding their stay. Coordinate necessary services as required. Introduce guests to the unit’s facilities and services. Upon guest arrival, escort them to their room together with their luggage when requested. Handle telephone inquiries when not engaged in external duties. Maintain organization across the entire lobby area, including electric vehicle parking zones and luggage carts. Upon guest departure, escort them to the front desk together with their luggage when requested. **YOUR PROFILE** Completed high school education. Valid Class B driver’s license. Intermediate computer skills. Basic/intermediate proficiency in a second language. Prior customer service experience, preferably in hotels and/or guesthouses.
