Job Summary: Responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as backhoe loaders and wheel loaders, ensuring tasks are performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Operate backhoe loaders and wheel loaders in accordance with safety regulations. 2. Perform daily machine inspections and complete the pre-operational checklist. 3. Support the field team and maintain an organized and safe workplace. **General Description** Responsible for operating heavy machinery, primarily **backhoe loaders** and **wheel loaders**, performing excavation, loading, and material handling of waste. Ensures tasks are executed safely, accurately, and in compliance with company regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate **backhoe loaders** and **wheel loaders** according to company procedures and safety regulations. * Load and unload trucks. * Maintain machine integrity by performing daily inspections and reporting any irregularities. * Complete the pre-operational checklist and record incidents. * Support the field team in activities as needed. * Properly use PPE and comply with occupational safety regulations. * Keep the workplace organized and safe. * Immediately report any hazardous situations to the supervisor. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Backhoe Loader and Wheel Loader Operator. * Driver's License Category C * Valid heavy equipment operator training course. * Basic mechanical knowledge to identify simple faults or issues. **Desired Competencies** * Safety awareness and focus. * Responsibility and commitment. * Effective communication with field teams. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
