




Bourbon Gastronomia is looking for a Baker to join the team at Bourbon Resort Atibaia, located in Atibaia - SP. This professional will be responsible for preparing various doughs and breads, ensuring all related activities are carried out according to the company's established quality standards, complying with internal and external procedures and regulations, as well as adhering to the general policies of Bourbon Hospitality. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Prepare doughs by mixing necessary ingredients to achieve the perfect consistency for bread preparation. \- Prepare creams and fillings by combining different ingredients to create varied flavors. \- Perform decorative work for special occasions. \- Be responsible for baking and cooling processes according to health regulations. \- Produce breads following recipes defined by the company. \- Check food expiration dates and quality, reporting any irregularities. \- Prepare various cakes. \- Request purchase of supplies from supervisor through specific requisition forms. \- Confirm daily menu with immediate supervisor, planning activities and arranging necessary products. \- Perform pre-preparation of foods by separating and organizing ingredients to streamline the manufacturing process. \- Prepare doughs by mixing necessary ingredients to achieve the perfect consistency for bread preparation. \- Monitor organization, cleaning, and hygiene of the bakery and pastry area according to procedures. \- Set oven temperature and baking time according to each product type. \- Inform the next shift about any need to prepare daily consumption foods, noting on a specific sheet. \- Fulfill requests for events, preparing foods, assembling coffee breaks, and decorating trays. \- Fulfill requests for events. \- Keep the work environment clean and organized, checking tables, molds, countertops, and equipment. \- Maintain consistent standards for cakes and petit fours. \- Manage buffets and restocking. \- Remove buffets at the correct time. \- Maintain and organize cold rooms. REQUIREMENTS: \- Knowledge of pastries, doughs, cakes, etc. \- Food handling and hygiene.
