Perform cleaning, organization, and support preventive maintenance AGÊNCIA NOVA GESTÃO RH EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY We are currently conducting a selection process for the following position: Position: Plastic Agglomerator Operator Work Location: Santa Isabel – SP Work Schedule: Shift rotation * 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM * 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Salary: R$ 2\.600,00 Benefits: Transportation Allowance \+ Basic Food Basket Main Responsibilities: * Operate plastic agglomeration machinery * Feed the machine with plastic scraps and residues * Control operating parameters such as temperature, time, and rotation speed * Monitor the process to ensure the quality of the agglomerated material * Clean and organize the work area and equipment * Comply with safety and quality standards * Support basic preventive maintenance when required ✅ Requirements: * Experience in this role or with machinery in the plastic industry * Availability to work rotating shifts * Availability to work overtime * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to processes Employment Type: Permanent Expected Start Date: Immediate ✨ We seek committed, responsible professionals with a desire for growth.
