Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Proficiency in DER, DERSA, and ABNT standards
Proficiency in analysis of executive projects and construction budgeting
Proficiency in execution of highway engineering services
Proficiency in contract management and execution of highway engineering services
Project management knowledge

* Improvement in quality and scope of ongoing projects, yielding benefits for tendering and construction execution.
* Ensure implementation of investment projects scheduled for the five-year plan within the business unit, based on analysis of the five-year plan book and attention to scheduled projects, their respective tenders, and implementations.
* Coordinate with construction analysts to monitor the trend values of all contracts.
* Ensure trend analysis focused on IFRS classification, through continuous verification of planned investments and correct classification of PEPs.
* Monitor contract balances and possible amendments.
* Ensure initiation and periodic meetings for contracted construction projects.
* Ensure full understanding of projects and contractual clauses.
* Ensure optimal construction management, including on-site supervision for complete project implementation, approving or rejecting services. * Support responses to user requests submitted to the concessionaire's Ombudsman (0800\) by analyzing submitted processes, assessing whether complaints are valid or not, and sending responses to advance the process.
* This employee is also responsible for performing compliance and anti-bribery functions, as the position and department assigned carry higher compliance and bribery risk than low-risk areas, and the activities under their control form part of the Group Motiva’s compliance and anti-bribery management system, in accordance with ABNT NBR ISO 37301 and ISO 37001\. The employee is required to complete mandatory declarations and undertake specific trainings assigned by Group Motiva based on their performed activities.
