JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and controlling front-of-cashier activities, guiding and clarifying doubts for cashiers and packers regarding their daily tasks, approving transactions, providing necessary materials to the team, organizing meetings, and primarily attending to customers—following established protocols, rules, standards, and procedures—to ensure excellence in customer service and accuracy in the store’s financial transactions.
