Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for interpreting and implementing projects, developing action plans, controlling activities, and preparing reports and budgets to ensure alignment with the strategic plan. Read and interpret medium-complexity projects, executive documents, and descriptive memoranda; quantify project elements; validate information with the manager to ensure correct project implementation; Develop action plans to recover delays in construction and service delivery; complete and report current performance indicators to meet the construction schedule; Participate in departmental engineering team meetings, identifying deviations and supporting strategic planning for each area; also participate in supplier meetings, providing technical input, tracking activities, and developing action plans to ensure compliance with contractual clauses; Perform specific controls for ongoing activities to monitor progress and alert coordination regarding deviations; Prepare reports on the strategic schedule, key indicators, and deviations, including detailed tracking and relevant information to ensure smooth activity execution; Develop medium-complexity budget spreadsheets based on collected data, service compositions, and productivity indices; Develop medium-complexity, executive, detailed, and strategic plans for Capex-related activities and construction works, as well as collect construction productivity data to support achievement of the Strategic Plan. 251124020246616695
