At the top management level, we have a President and two directors; and among our team members, approximately 1,000 direct employees and 200 indirect employees, including leadership roles, sales, after-sales, parts, and administrative staff. **Grupo Destaque, now a reference in the automotive market, is seeking a MECHANICAL TECHNICIAN to join our team.** **What do we expect from you?** We are looking for professionals dedicated to achieving their goals and committed to delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting engagement between our brand and the manufacturer. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** ------------------------------ * Perform services diagnosed by senior technicians; * Carry out diagnostics of medium and low complexity; * Perform services following established procedures in manuals; * Conduct repairs and interventions with quality, according to work order specifications, across all mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic systems; * Perform more complex repairs (engine, clutch, transmission, etc.), observing service quality and adhering to work order instructions; * Know various repair techniques and identify additional required work; * Seek information from available technical documentation; * Ensure, upon completion of repairs, that all equipment and replaced parts are in proper condition; * Use GDS advanced features effectively to interpret vehicle systems; **Requirements and qualifications** **What are we looking for?** ------------------- **Minimum Requirements:** ----------------------- * Education: Completed High School; * Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years in the role; * Knowledge in automotive mechanics; * Valid Class B Driver's License (CNH - B). **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Technical Course in Mechanics. **Where you will work:** ---------------------------- * Based in the Atibaia region; * 100% on-site opportunity; * Working hours: Monday through Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00. **Additional information** **Since we value people here, check out our benefits when joining our team:** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * We care about your health!
