Training and monitoring of team routines Requirements Reside in Bragança Paulista\-SP, experience in people leadership, experience in the cleaning field, availability to work on weekends. Responsibilities Lead the cleaning team; respond to client requests; resolve conflicts; develop operational plans; supervise team activities; comply with company internal standards and procedures; train the team; monitor employee routines as established in the work plan. Transportation allowance: R$ 200.00 \+ VA 151.91 \+ VR 20.37 per day \+ Zero-Absence Bonus: R$ 151.91 Monday to Saturday \- 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
