From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our mission is to contribute to better communities, societies, and a better world.** **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine quality inspections of the manufacturing process using computerized systems to ensure product and process parameters remain within specifications; * Monitor and ensure compliance with inspection routines across all manufacturing processes using computerized systems and collaboration with other technicians, aiming to fulfill the inspection/process plan established by Corporate Quality; * Support all manufacturing and inspection technicians in identifying root causes and resolving product quality deviations, thereby restoring control over product and process parameters, and evaluating the relevance and effectiveness of corrective actions taken; * Properly segregate and identify pallets containing manufacturing defects or defective metal/raw materials by affixing “HFI” (Hold for Inspection) labels to prevent unintentional shipment to customers; * Monitor SKU production sequencing via the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), aiming to inform and alert production technicians of any changes to the production schedule as early as possible; * Track production orders and perform system updates in MES to ensure accuracy of finished goods inventory (physical vs. system); * Guide and encourage manufacturing technicians in the use of Statistical Process Control (SPC) through the QAS system, aiming to act proactively and prevent quality deviations. **What We’re Looking For:** **Required Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Vocational training relevant to the field; * Availability for on-site work in Extrema/MG. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Working Hours:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM * **Shift Schedule:** 4x4 (Work 4 days, rest 4 days). **Ball Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
