From infinitely recyclable aluminum cans and cups to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to better communities, societies, and a better world.** **About the Position:** As a Printer Technician I, you will be responsible for operating, adjusting, and performing minor mechanical interventions on Printer, Pin Oven, and Conveyor equipment (input and output of printers), based on quality testing, TPM operational checklists, and equipment performance evaluation — all aimed at achieving safety, quality, and productivity targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate workstation equipment using dedicated control panels to maximize equipment productivity and the quality of manufactured cans; * Perform label changeovers by replacing printing plates, blankets, and inks, followed by all necessary adjustments to ensure the quality of manufactured cans; * Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment anomalies, following TPM operational checklists, and perform mechanical interventions whenever required to ensure full equipment functionality; * Carry out the workstation’s quality inspection routine using an automated system, implementing corrective actions to maintain can parameters within specifications and flagging any required corrections to upstream workstations; * Perform minor corrective and preventive maintenance activities (e.g., replacing hoses, ink roller components, scrapers, vacuum cups, mandrels, etc.) and low-complexity adjustments (e.g., ink unit pressure, feed wheel synchronization, varnish weight and overlap, etc.). **What We’re Looking For:** **Required** * Technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics; * Industrial experience. **Additional Information:** * **Work Location:** Extrema/MG * **Work Model:** On-site * **Schedule & Rotation:** Shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, on a 4x4 rotation (work 4 days, rest 4 days).
