




Job Description: Provide direct customer service, including installation, maintenance, address changes, equipment removal, and other related services; ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction; maintain high service quality by adhering to company standards and procedures; provide technical support, clarify customer inquiries, and apply best practices in customer service. Responsibilities: Perform assigned customer service tasks with high quality and efficiency; Adhere to the pre-scheduled service appointments with customers, ensuring punctuality and effectiveness; Ensure customer satisfaction through consultative service, identifying needs and offering appropriate solutions; Keep work tools organized and in good condition, paying special attention to connectorization tools to prevent damage; Properly use individual and collective protective equipment to ensure personal safety and that of customers; Understand and apply quality indicators (IRR, IFI) in daily operations, aiming for continuous service improvement; Actively participate in company-provided training and development programs, aiming for professional growth and staying updated on new technologies and procedures. Main day-to-day activities include: Perform installation, maintenance, address change, and equipment removal services; Monitor and report the status of completed services; Follow company procedures and quality standards; Attend product and service training sessions and updates. Requirements: High school diploma; Prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory; Good communication skills, organization, and proactiveness; Ability to work in a team; Availability to work flexible hours according to service demands; Basic knowledge of digital tools and service registration systems.
