Assistance in prevention campaigns and CIPA activities. **Occupational Safety Technical Assistant** **Job Description** We are looking for an Occupational Safety Technical Assistant to support activities related to accident prevention, compliance with regulatory standards (NRs), and promotion of health and safety within the company. The professional will work alongside the Occupational Safety Technician, assisting with administrative and operational routines in this area. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in inspecting areas, equipment, and working conditions, identifying risks and reporting non-conformities. * Support the delivery and implementation of safety training and onboarding. * Help manage, distribute, and replenish PPEs, maintaining updated records. * Contribute to the development and organization of safety documents and programs. * Record and monitor accidents, incidents, and near-misses, assisting in report preparation. * Support internal prevention campaigns, SIPAT, and awareness initiatives. * Assist the CIPA in its activities and meetings. * Support the monitoring of third-party service providers, verifying documentation and compliance with safety requirements. * Provide administrative support to the department: generating reports, organizing files, and updating systems. **Requirements:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety (completed or currently enrolled, per company policy). * Basic knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Familiarity with PPE control, inspections, and occupational safety routines. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Basic proficiency in Excel and management systems.
