Job Summary: Supervise and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and compliance with safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Team management and data analysis for KPIs #### **Responsibilities** * Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of products. * Manage and optimize inventory processes, ensuring inventory accuracy and conducting periodic audits. * Implement and monitor operational performance KPIs, such as productivity, picking errors, and order cycle time. * Coordinate the warehouse operator team, assigning tasks, training new employees, and evaluating individual performance. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and internal company policies in the warehouse environment. * Optimize warehouse layout and SKU allocation to maximize space efficiency and operational productivity. * Collaborate with other departments (procurement, sales, transportation) to ensure continuous supply chain flow. #### **Requirements** Driver's License Category B * Proven experience supervising warehouse or logistics operations. * Advanced knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * Proficiency in production planning and control tools (MRP/ERP). * Experience with logistics process optimization methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, 5S). * Data analysis skills and ability to prepare management reports for KPI tracking. * Knowledge of occupational safety standards and regulations applicable to warehouse operations. * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. #### **Skills** * WMS (Warehouse Management System) * Inventory Management * Logistics KPIs * Data Analysis * Lean Logistics * MRP/ERP * Operational Safety * Process Optimization * Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Food Basket, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
