Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, as do humility, commitment, and diversity. **Job Description** * Monitor grain inflow and outflow from dryers by analyzing moisture content to verify the required drying temperature; * Monitor dryer temperatures and supply wood to furnaces when necessary; * Facilitate truck unloading flow by regulating dryer feed loads according to the above-mentioned parameters; * Monitor stored product temperature in warehouses; generate thermometry reports to assess whether forced grain repositioning or removal is needed, taking appropriate action and informing the Warehouse Supervisor and Management when required; * Monitor soybean cleaning processes, adjusting feed loads on sieves and cleaning equipment screens; * Monitor warehouse feeding operations, controlling product intake and withdrawal points to prevent spillage and unauthorized removal; * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, following Work Instructions, cleaning schedules, and other guidelines established under implemented site programs; * Work in accordance with Company Policies and Standards, complying with the SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Management System requirements, Local and Divisional Procedures, and conduct safety inspections within one’s own area to prevent accidents; **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
