Ethics and integrity underpin all business relationships, just as humility, commitment, and diversity do. **Job Description** * Manage personnel—including hiring—and develop employee motivation; recommend and advise as needed through feedback meetings and coaching, promoting team career development. * Oversee cost management at storage facilities, including budget preparation, monitoring, and control to justify expenditures for the served region, ensuring actual costs remain within forecasted limits. * Responsible for releasing requisitions and purchase orders in SAP, submitting them for approval by management and the executive board. * Coordinate soybean and corn intake at storage facilities through daily reports and on-site visits, ensuring timely receipt and storage. * Monitor product (soybean and corn) dispatch from facilities and arrival at destination, using reports to ensure compliance with specified quantity and quality requirements. * Monitor product quality across all facilities to ensure adherence to quality standards defined by customers and LDC. * Guide dryer operators on drying and storage processes for raw materials, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Coordinate and monitor calibration of classification equipment and truck scales at facilities, ensuring equipment complies with government regulations. * Monitor service assessments and control costs incurred by third-party service providers—including transportation, maintenance, catering, warehouse leasing, and labor—to ensure costs and standards meet established targets. * Monitor assessment and execution of maintenance activities at facilities, implementing preventive measures to minimize equipment breakdowns. * Assess and study process improvements and their cost feasibility. **Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Agronomy Willingness to reside in Canarana, MT **Additional Information** **Diversity, Inclusion and Equity** Diversity is part of our DNA.
