Join our team at Panasonic! **RESPONSIBILITIES/ATTRIBUTES** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operation and Production:** Operate injection molding machines following established quality and safety standards, ensuring production meets self-control targets. * **Quality Control:** Perform deburring of plastic parts, visual inspection based on standard samples, and constant validation via FIT (Work Instruction Sheet). * **Internal Logistics:** Correctly identify products with labels and store them to ensure integrity and accurate inventory counts. * **Technical Monitoring:** Immediately report any machine stoppage, process irregularity, or leaks (water, air, or oil) to your immediate supervisor. * **Organization and Safety:** Maintain the 5S program at your workstation (cleanliness and organization) and strictly use required PPE for the role. * **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participate in company quality programs (CCQ) and environmental goals. **Requirements and Profile:** * Attentive, organized profile with strong communication skills. * Ability to follow technical instructions and controlled processes. * Availability to work under constant technical guidance.
