Job Summary: Plastic extruder operator responsible for operating, feeding, adjusting parameters, monitoring quality, performing changeovers and cleaning, and complying with regulations. Perform equipment and area cleaning and organization JOB OPENING: Plastic Extruder Operator Salary: R$ 2.400,00 Benefits: Transportation allowance + Basic food basket Schedule: Day shift and night shift positions available Requirements: Availability to work overtime Responsibilities: * Operate extruder machine for plastic pellet production * Feed the extruder with ground/agglomerated material * Adjust process parameters (temperature, rotation speed, pressure, and speed) * Monitor the quality of produced material * Replace screens when necessary * Identify and correct production process failures * Perform equipment and area cleaning and organization * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations * Support basic preventive maintenance Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
