Job Summary: Assist in the development, review, and organization of technical projects, supporting engineering, administrative, and commercial teams in analyzing information and ensuring smooth information flow. Support engineering, administrative, and commercial teams Requirements: * Completed high school education (Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related fields is considered an advantage) * Interest in working on projects. **Strong communication skills and professional demeanor for internal client service and departmental support** * Basic knowledge of drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD or similar) is considered an advantage * Organizational skills, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines and quality Responsibilities: * Assist in the development, review, and organization of technical projects * Support engineering, administrative, and commercial teams in analyzing information and specifications * Contribute to interdepartmental information flow, ensuring process organization and quality Benefits and Compensation: Gross monthly salary: up to R$ 3.700,00 * Base salary: R$ 2.200,00 * Meal allowance: R$ 500.00/month * Mobility allowance: R$ 450.00/month * Food allowance: R$ 200.00/month * Performance bonus: up to R$ 400.00/month * Quarterly performance-based bonus, determined by individual and team performance. * Porto Seguro National Health Plan: covering spouse and children, with no employee contribution or co-payment * Company vehicle for professional use (when required for job-related activities) Interested?
