We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability, fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain server infrastructure availability at all times, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance of critical services. * Administer the operational environment (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS), including user and group creation/management, security policies (GPOs), scopes, and zones. * Manage virtual machines: provisioning, maintenance, resource optimization, snapshots, and troubleshooting. * Administer virtualization platforms (VMware and Hyper-V), including clusters, HA/DRS, storage, and virtual networks. * Manage user access and profiles to critical systems (e.g., SCADA, CCTV), ensuring least-privilege principles and traceability. * Monitor health and capacity of environments (servers, VMs, AD/DNS/DHCP services), proactively responding to alerts and performance issues. * Perform routine backup and recovery operations for servers and VMs, conducting periodic restore tests and ensuring defined RPO/RTO targets. * Handle incidents and changes: root cause analysis, application of fixes/patches, and execution of changes with scheduled windows and rollback plans. * Document architecture, procedures, and standards; maintain updated inventories (hardware/VMs/services/accesses) and compliance evidence. \#LI\-CM1 **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed Technical Education (in Computing, Electroelectronics, Telecommunications) or related fields; Driver's License Category B; Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) Preferred: Power BI, Advanced Excel, monitoring tools (Zabbix) **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you will become part of a company present in **13 states** across Brazil, moving thousands of people daily by providing comprehensive, impactful mobility solutions for society.
