




Master Plants is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to support and engage with our customers, ensuring a positive experience at every stage, from the initial contact to after-sales service. We are seeking communicative, empathetic, and organized individuals with problem-solving skills and the ability to promptly and courteously address customer needs. Responsibilities: \- Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM by providing support and answering inquiries. \- Record and follow up on requests, complaints, and incidents until resolution. \- Monitor ongoing orders, checking delivery status with carriers and internal departments. \- Manage customer service processes related to maintenance, tracking requests and returns. Requirements: \- Completed high school education (technical or higher education will be an advantage). \- Strong verbal and written communication skills. \- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp, email, internal systems). \- Organized, empathetic, and proactive. \- Experience in customer service or customer support is a plus but not required.
